We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across EMEA. This is an excellent client that needs additional support as they embark on a new growth project. This is a Remote role, based in the UK.
You managed the end-to-end recruitment for product design operations (footwear & apparel development), specialising in product creation roles. You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for our client.
What You’ll Do:- Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas
- Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
- Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
- Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
- Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months
- Demonstrable full-cycle recruitment experience with a proven track record across footwear & apparel development
- Confident working independently and managing stakeholders
- Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools
- Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused
- Build real trust with our client
