We’re hiring a Sales Manager to sell embedded talent solutions into senior TA and People leaders across the UK. You’ll be having commercial conversations about why current TA operating models stop scaling, where delivery capacity is breaking, and how embedded recruitment can fix outcomes at a strategic level. Expect multi-stakeholder deals, longer sales cycles, and proper consultative selling. In an ideal world, you’ve sold embedded, RPO or complex recruitment solutions and understand the buying process Heads of TA go through.
What You’ll Do:- Building senior relationships with TA and People leaders
- Leading commercial conversations about gaps between hiring demand and delivery capacity, delivery risk during growth, change or recovery
- Own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to signed agreement
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline (not spray and pray)
- Forecast accurately and manage commercial expectations
- Build your presence in the TA leadership community (online and offline)
- Strong understanding of how in-house TA teams actually work (and where they fail)
- Experience selling embedded, RPO, or complex recruitment solutions
- You’ll be comfortable challenging senior stakeholders on unrealistic hiring plans
- Consultative selling style, you diagnose before you pitch
- Able to operate in multi-stakeholder, longer sales cycles
