We’re looking for a Talent Partner to support the Early Careers hiring for one of our scaling clients – think interns, graduates, apprentices, and entry-level roles. You’ll work across business lines to attract, engage, and coordinate talent at the start of their careers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate and run early careers hiring campaigns and events
  • Work with hiring managers to define requirements for entry-level talent
  • Run interview processes, coordinate candidate experience, and support onboarding
  • Help develop attraction and employer brand strategies for Gen Z candidates
  • Liaise with universities, training programs, and internal stakeholders
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

What You’ll Bring

  • Early careers recruitment experience, ideally in-house, but maybe a specialist agency
  • Passion for working with new talent, helping them navigate their first roles
  • An organised, people-oriented, great candidate and hiring manager experience
