We’re looking for a Talent Partner to support the Early Careers hiring for one of our scaling clients – think interns, graduates, apprentices, and entry-level roles. You’ll work across business lines to attract, engage, and coordinate talent at the start of their careers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate and run early careers hiring campaigns and events
- Work with hiring managers to define requirements for entry-level talent
- Run interview processes, coordinate candidate experience, and support onboarding
- Help develop attraction and employer brand strategies for Gen Z candidates
- Liaise with universities, training programs, and internal stakeholders
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
