We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to own the systems, data, and commercial rhythm behind Rec Hub’s revenue engine. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes optimising processes, cleaning up messy pipelines, and turning sales noise into something you can actually forecast against. You’ll own the CRM, reporting, forecasting, deal workflows, commission mechanics, and tooling that sit underneath how we sell. You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing and Delivery to make sure handovers are clean, numbers are real, and deals don’t get stuck in operational mud.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and improve the CRM (pipeline stages, data hygiene, governance)
- Build reporting and forecasting that leadership can trust
- Support deal structuring, approvals, contracts and renewals
- Run commission processes and keep incentives honest
- Manage sales tools and automate admin where possible
- Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Finance and Delivery
What You Bring:
- Strong experience in Sales or Revenue Operations (ideally in recruitment, RPO, or services)
- Experience of owning a CRM and building meaningful reporting
- A commercial mind, you understand how deals, pricing and revenue actually work
- Organisation, detail focus, and an allergy to bad data
- Confidence in working with senior sales leaders and challenging assumptions with evidence
