We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across EMEA. This is a Hybrid role with some office time in London (3 days per week).
You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Responsibilities include:
- Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
- Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
- Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 to 24 months
Requirements:
- 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment
- Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools
This is a fixed-term contract with the chance to extend.
