Fixed Term Contract - 6 months
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across EMEA. This is an excellent client that needs additional support as they embark on a new growth project. This is a Remote role, based in the UK.
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment for product design operations (footwear & apparel development), specialising in product creation roles. You will be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast.
- Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
- Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
- Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months
- Demonstrable full-cycle recruitment experience with a proven track record across footwear & apparel development
- Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools
This is a fixed-term contract with the chance to extend.
