About the Role
Are you a great communicator who enjoys explaining technology in simple terms? We are looking for a proactive and dedicated full-time individual (40 hours per week) to handle our initial customer consultations and follow-up communications.
In this role, you will earn a
base salary of £24,000 plus uncapped performance bonuses
, with an estimated
On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £28,000 - £35,000+
.
You will be the first point of contact for homeowners looking to transform their living spaces. Your goal is not \\\"hard selling,\\\" but rather guiding potential clients through how our platform works, answering their questions, and helping them feel confident about their smart home journey.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Initial Consultations:
Attend scheduled video calls with customers who have booked a discovery session (approx. 40 hours per week availability). - Platform Education:
Explain the SH-PRO platform, our 3D interface, and our modular approach (training provided). - Inbound Communication:
Reply to customer SMS and WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally throughout the workday. - Problem Solving:
Address basic technical inquiries and troubleshoot initial concerns to ensure a positive customer experience. - Feedback Loop:
Gather customer insights and feedback during calls to help our internal teams improve our products and services.
Requirements & Traits
- Fluent in English:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. - Customer-Centric Mindset:
A natural passion for helping people and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Analytical Thinking:
The ability to listen to a customer\'s problem and suggest the right modular solution. - Reliable Tech Setup:
You will work from home using your own computer and a stable internet connection. - No prior Smart Home experience required:
Spanish language skills are a plus, but not a requirement. We will teach you everything you need to know about our tech and our process.
