TEAM LEADER RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Recruit suitable Tik Tok LIVE creators.
- Help creators understand their monthly requirements.
- Encourage consistency and creator development.
- Monitor activity and performance through Tik Tok LIVE Backstage.
- Support creators with questions, battles and general guidance.
- Maintain a positive, professional and drama-free environment.
- Communicate regularly with agency management.
