Join our friendly and professional dental team. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Practice Lead to lead our busy and welcoming dental practice in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident manager with strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and supporting a high-performing dental team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily running of the dental practice
  • Manage staff rotas, recruitment, training, and performance
  • Ensure excellent patient experience and customer service
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control standards
  • Support the clinical team and dentists with operational management
  • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and practice performance
  • Handle patient enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Ensure compliance with General Dental Council and NHS standards where applicable
  • Coordinate stock control, equipment servicing, and practice administration
  • Prepare practice for Practice Inspection and work to inspection guidelines at all times.
