About the Practice

Molesey Dental Practice is a well‑established mixed dental practice located in Surrey, offering a high standard of patient care within a modern and supportive environment. As part of the Real Good Dental group, you will benefit from strong clinical and operational support, allowing you to focus on patient care and professional development.

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Dentist to join our team for three days per week (Monday, Thursday and Friday). This role is primarily NHS‑focused, with a clear opportunity to develop and grow private income within the practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality NHS and private dental care in line with current clinical standards
  • Provide a patient‑focused approach, ensuring an excellent patient journey
  • Diagnose, treatment plan, and discuss options clearly with patients
  • Maintain accurate clinical records

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • GDC registered Dentist with a valid NHS Performer Number
  • Experience in NHS dentistry is essential
