Ideally must have a minimum of 6 months office based customer service, call centre or sales experience and posses numerical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support
• Be the first port of call to answer all inbound or outbound calls.
• Guide customers through the application process where required.
• Conduct Introductory Calls to gain further information around the purpose of their loan request.
• Inputting data into our custom-built management platform, as the applicant speaks with you.
• Review financial accounts and bank statements to build an indicative offer for the broker.
• Manage on-going leads and new applications as well as taking on new applications.
