Overview
The Real Birth Company is seeking two Business Account Managers to join our growing team. This role offers 75% remote working and a minimum of 25% office-based work in Manchester or Hereford.
We are passionate about empowering expectant parents and supporting maternity services across the UK and beyond.
Full and part time hours available (22-37.5 hrs.)

The Role
As a Business Account Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with our partners across the South, South East, South West, London and Wales regions. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and helping to embed our services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and partners.
- Collaborate with clients to understand needs and tailor education solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues.
- Drive adoption of our services through effective account management strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present performance reports to clients and senior teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Business, Marketing or related field (or relevant certifications).
- Experience in business development, account management, or similar roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Results-driven, with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
- Experience in Public Health, NHS, or wellness sector is an advantage.
