A 133 bedroom hotel opened in 2024. It’s in a fantastic downtown location in the Ropewalks area of Liverpool, one of the UK’s hippest areas, the perfect place for IHG’s Luxury Lifestyle brand. The hotel hasa smart restaurant and bar, and we’ve located the gym, the meeting room and the suites on the top floor to take advantage of the amazing views of this vibrant city from their balconies.
As Reservations Agent you will be responsible for supporting the hotel pricing strategy, ensuring maximum revenue, market share and the successful conversion of reservation enquiries from individuals and groups into materialised bookings. You will help with the day-to-day relationships with local corporate bookers and utilise sales opportunities to maximise revenue.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in either Reception or Reservations in a busy city centre hotel preferably one year experience within an IHG branded property.
