We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Full Time Reception Team Member at Courtyard by Marriott Inverness Airport

Courtyard by Marriott Inverness Airport is a 130-bedroom hotel established in 2020. Situated on the doorstep of Inverness Airport, we aim to provide a comfortable and relaxed environment throughout the bar/bistro, one meeting room, and a gymnasium. Courtyard by Marriott Inverness Airport is managed by Lighthouse Hotel Management, which is the operational arm of the Molo Hotel Group.

Job Description:

As the Reception Team Member, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable moments for our guests while providing the highest quality customer service at our reception desk.

Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk Excellence: You will be part of a team of enthusiastic individuals who take pride in providing outstanding customer service to our guests as soon as they step through our doors.
  2. Guest Engagement: As a face of our hotel, you will greet each guest with a smile and a warm welcome, anticipate their needs, and go above and beyond to exceed their expectations, making their stay memorable.
  3. Problem Solving: With a keen eye for detail and exceptional problem-solving skills, you\’ll handle guest requests, complaints, and challenging situations with grace and efficiency. Your resourcefulness will turn obstacles into opportunities to showcase our commitment to guest satisfaction.
  4. Collaboration: You\’ll collaborate closely with various departments, including housekeeping, concierge, and reservations, to ensure seamless guest experiences. Your excellent teamwork skills will foster a harmonious work environment, where everyone works together to create an exceptional stay for our guests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable, but not essential as full on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Additional language proficiency is a bonus.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel management systems.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as our hotel operates 24/7.
