Lighthouse Hospitality Management is a dynamic and growing hospitality group operating a diverse portfolio of IHG and Marriott across the UK and Europe. We are now seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and elevate our multi-property sales strategy.

The Role

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy across leisure, corporate, MICE, and group segments. You will lead and develop hotel sales teams, drive key account relationships, and act as a brand ambassador in domestic and international markets. Working closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Hotel Leadership teams, you will ensure sales strategies are aligned with revenue objectives, brand standards, and market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-property sales strategies across leisure, corporate, MICE, and group business
  • Drive key account management with UK and international agencies, corporates, TMCs, and consortia
  • Partner with Revenue Management to support accurate forecasting and budget delivery
  • Develop, coach, and inspire high-performing hotel sales teams
  • Ensure strong use of CRM and sales platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Opera)
  • Represent the business at sales events, roadshows, and industry forums

About You

  • Proven senior sales leader within multi-property hospitality environments
  • Strong experience with IHG, Marriott, and independent hotels
  • Established relationships across UK & European leisure, corporate, and MICE markets
  • Passionate people leader with strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised, data-driven, and performance focused
  • Willing to travel internationally
