Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our full‑time team.

This role is essential in ensuring our guests receive excellent dining experiences that reflect the high standards of Marriott and Lighthouse Hotel Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly, efficient, and attentive service to all guests in our food and beverage outlets.
  • Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in setting up and clearing dining areas before, during, and after service.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Handle guest enquiries and resolve any service issues courteously and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws and hotel policies regarding the sale and service of alcohol.
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role within the catering and hospitality industry is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
