Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and portioning ingredients.
  • Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
  • Handle deliveries, unpacking and storing goods in designated areas.
  • Support the kitchen team with ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is beneficial but not essential; we welcome applicants with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.

Managed by Lighthouse Hotel Management, which is the operational arm of the Molo Hotel Group.
