Lighthouse Hotel Management are recruiting for the exciting role of Food & Beverage Supervisor at Voyagers Restaurant at The Halyard, Rope Walks Liverpool. Reporting into the Restaurant & Bars Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in managing the smooth operation of the Hotel Restaurant. Ensuring that all brand standards are adhered to and that excellent standards of customer service are delivered.
What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who can communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. Candidates will ideally have supervisory experience within a good quality restaurant and be looking to develop a career in hotel management. This role represents an excellent platform to progress and really learn the business for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities of our Food & Beverage Supervisor:
- To maintain Food & Beverage standards of performance across the department according to Company & Brand standards.
- To ensure the department is adequately staffed in line with business levels.
- To ensure that our guests are served efficiently with quality food and drink in a relaxed atmosphere and receive the highest possible standard of care.
- To maintain effective communication with the Kitchen and other Food and Beverage departments.
- To maximise revenue generated through selling techniques and good control procedures.
- To assist with and monitor departmental training and coaching.
