Molo Hotel Group are currently recruiting for the role of Group Accountant. The group accountant will be responsible for the statutory filings, preparing the group's consolidated accounts, supporting the audit process and working with the external auditors to ensure that accounts are filed with the relevant authorities. This role will also involve preparing the quarterly bank reporting and covenants’ monitoring. The role will directly contribute to the ongoing success, growth, and development of the group by influencing and improving financial performance and efficiency for each of the holding and development companies.
Responsibilities
- Prepare statutory filings and the group's consolidated accounts.
- Support the audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance with filing requirements.
- Assist with quarterly bank reporting and monitoring of covenants.
Qualifications
- Accounting qualification – ACCA, ICAS or equivalent.
- Ability to plan and prioritize is essential.
- Understanding of Sage and SUN accounting software would be an advantage.
