Casual Bartender

Lighthouse Hotel Management is recruiting for the exciting role of Casual Bartender at The Halyard, Rope Walks Liverpool. Reporting to the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and ensuring they have an amazing experience. You will ensure all brand standards are adhered to and that excellent customer service is delivered at all times.

As a member of the Food & Beverage Team at Voyager Restaurant & Bar at the Halyard Hotel, you are the reason why our guests keep returning. Our Food & Beverage Assistants work as part of a team to serve guests and create unforgettable experiences, exceeding expectations from breakfast to dinner, ensuring every guest wants to return.

Food & Beverage Assistant Responsibilities:

• Seek opportunities to go above and beyond for guests, ensuring they leave happy.
• Meet guests\’ wishes to the best of your ability, showing passion and pride for the hotel.
• Have expert knowledge of our food and drinks, and keep up to date with seasonal menus to drive sales.
• Deliver restaurant processes and standards confidently and consistently.
• Work well as part of a team, treating others like family and proactively helping out.
• Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
• Keep the restaurant and surrounding areas clean and tidy at all times.
