St Austell Brewery is seeking an Assistant Manager for Rock Point, to lead the team in the General Manager's absence and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will drive guest satisfaction, oversee service standards, and coordinate with the Kitchen Team to maintain a consistent food offering.

You will mentor staff, manage admin and cash handling, and uphold health and safety regulations while developing your leadership skills toward future GM responsibilities.
