As a Gaming Supervisor you’ll dive headfirst into the hustle and bustle of the gaming world. Your main goal is to excite and entertain all of our customers! You’ll play a pivotal role in the success of any gaming operation, leading, supporting, and managing the gaming team to ensure that customers receive an unparalleled experience. This involves optimizing operational efficiency and guaranteeing an adequate supply of gaming products at all times. By fostering a positive, dynamic work environment, you’ll motivate your team to perform at their best, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. Your leadership directly impacts the overall gaming experience, making it enjoyable and seamless for all. You’ll serve as the gatekeeper of regulatory compliance, guaranteeing that all activities comply with legal standards and ethical principles. Additionally, you’ll manage the accurate upkeep of departmental records and documentation, crucial for smooth operations and compliance with regulations. - Hold a current PFL issued by the Gambling Commission
