This isn't your typical finance role. At Grosvenor Casinos, we don't just hire people - we bring in game changers. For decades we have been at the heart of the UK’s casino scene, but we are now on a mission to become the most loved casino brand and we need sharp, commercially focused minds to help us get there.
The role involves looking for a Finance Business Partner who goes beyond the numbers, turning data into clarity, insight into action and business impact. You will sit at the centre of the business, working across Finance, Operations and Commercial teams to drive consistency and help us make better decisions, faster.
Responsibilities:
- Drive performance: shape budgets, forecasts and long‑term plans; turn complex financials into clear insight; partner with Marketing and senior leaders to influence decisions that matter.
- Build the engine: create slick, scalable dashboards using Power BI and SQL; standardise reporting across sites to reduce noise and increase clarity.
- Deliver insight that lands: own reporting packs that people actually use; spot risks, call out opportunities, surface trends; challenge thinking and push for better outcomes.
Required technical skills:
- Advanced Excel and Power BI – you build, not just use.
- Strong SQL skills and experience handling complex datasets.
- Background in multi‑site or retail environments (a big plus).
- Ability to translate data into simple, powerful stories.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics (nice to have).
Desired attributes:
- You ask why, not just what.
- You thrive in ambiguity.
- You challenge, influence and bring people with you.
- You care about impact, not just output.
- You are highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
Why join us:
- Opportunity to play a key role in shaping how performance is understood and managed across the business.
- High visibility role with exposure to senior stakeholders.
- A collaborative, commercially focused finance team.
Benefits:
- Rewards that keep the excitement going – from team incentives and competitions to everyday perks.
- A strong start that sets you up to win – induction and ongoing learning.
- Work with energy and variety – help shape how we do things and make a real impact.
- High standards, achieved together – we support each other to reach the bar.
- Room to grow and move forward – development and opportunities to progress within Grosvenor Casinos and The Rank Group.
Ready to raise the stakes? If you’re looking for a role where you can challenge, influence and make a difference – this is it. Join us at Grosvenor Casinos. Be part of something bigger.
