Hybrid - 2-3 days a week onsite Head Office, Maidenhead SL6 8BN.

As we continue our journey to become the UK's most loved casinos, we're looking for a Technical Support Administrator to join our Technical Services team.

The Role You'll provide administrative, operational and systems support across Technical Services, helping to keep our technical operations running smoothly and efficiently.

From maintaining asset records and supporting field service systems to coordinating onboarding activities, reporting, compliance tracking and contractor bookings, you'll play a key role in supporting the team and ensuring accurate, effective processes in a regulated environment.

You'll work closely with colleagues across Compliance, IT, Finance, Health & Safety and Operations, helping to deliver high standards of support across the business.

Skills & Experience Needed We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident working with systems, data and stakeholders.

This is a 12 Months Fixed Term Contract role.

Essential

  • Experience in a busy administrative, operational support or technical support role.
  • Confidence working with systems, reporting and data management.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective working relationships.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting field service management systems.
  • Experience coordinating onboarding activities.
  • Awareness of Health & Safety processes.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment.
