Overview

As a Mecca Bingo Team Member, you’ll be part of a vibrant team responsible for delivering a fantastic customer experience. You will work across different areas of the venue from helping behind the bar to calling the bingo, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and engaged. The role focuses on adaptability, customer service, and teamwork to create a fun and exciting atmosphere for visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, attentive service to customers across the venue.
  • Assist across different areas of the venue, including bar service and bingo calling.
  • Contribute to a welcoming, engaging atmosphere and memorable guest experience.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, strong customer service, and teamwork.
