As a Casino Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating the smooth running of all gaming activities in the venue. Your leadership is vital for establishing a fair, professional, and engaging environment for guests and customers alike. Understanding the distinct gaming preferences and requirements of each visitor is at the core of your duties to ensure everyone has an incredible experience and absolutely loves the time they spend within the Casino. Qualifications:

• Casino Expertise: You’ve got solid UK casino management experience and a deep understanding of all gaming activities - from slots to tables - and how to optimise them for performance and profitability.
• Licensed Leader: You hold a valid Personal Management Licence (PML) and understand the responsibilities that come with it.
• Customer-First Mindset: You know what today’s players want and how to deliver it - creating a safe, exciting, and engaging environment that keeps them coming back.
