As a Sous Chef at Grosvenor Luton, you'll play an integral role in the Kitchen, balancing team dynamics, culinary excellence, financial responsibilities, and leading in the head chef's absence. This position demands a culinary expert with exceptional leadership abilities and unwavering composure.

To be successful in this role you'll need:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience of leading a team.
  • Experience of financial budgeting within a Food & Beverage business.
