The Rank Group is growing rapidly within both our Venues and Digital businesses. If you’re not sure who we are, you may be more familiar with us through our iconic brands; Mecca Bingo and Grosvenor Casino. We have most recently acquired Stride Gaming, which, together with our existing Digital business, forms Rank Interactive.
We employ circa 8,000 people globally, with our UK office functions being located in Maidenhead (Head Office), Sheffield (Customer Solutions Hub), London (Digital) and a further office in Gibraltar, which is home to our existing Rank Digital function.

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to spearhead the delivery of high-profile programmes and projects that drive innovation across our People & Culture function on an initial 12-month Fixed-term contract. From strategic transformation initiatives to hands-on delivery of tech upgrades, you\’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a future-ready workplace where immersive entertainment meets modern employee experience.

You’ll be trusted and empowered to lead diverse teams and manage complex, multi-faceted delivery programmes across internal and external landscapes.
You will;
- Own and deliver impactful programmes (technical and non-technical) across People & Culture
- Drive large strategic initiatives, BAU roadmaps, upgrades, and more
- Lead cross-functional teams across technical and business disciplines
- Monitor plans using PlanView, Jira, and Confluence
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and ensure delivery confidence
- Build trusted relationships across all stakeholder levels—yes, even the C-suite
- Manage costs, escalate deviations, and ensure maximum value from 3rd parties
- Oversee smooth technical implementation and business transition
- Support change management communications across the organisation
- Be visible, vocal, and value-driven as a role model for project excellence
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering projects in fast-paced environments
- Proven agility in prioritising business-critical tasks and adapting quickly
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence to challenge inefficient processes and drive continuous improvement
- Flexible working style across teams and locations
- Expertise in Agile and waterfall delivery, blending approaches as needed
- Solid technical understanding to lead development teams and assess risk
- Accredited in project management (e.g. PMP, Prince2, MSP)
- Hands-on experience with Planview, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, and Office tools
