Job Description
As the Slots Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the Grosvenor Slots Strategy (GSS) and supporting General Managers in maintaining efficient slots operations. Your main focus will be on enhancing slots revenue across a region and managing KPIs to meet commercial targets.
This is a regional role covering venues across Scotland and the North of England, requiring travel 2-3 days a week.
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily slots operations, including supplier relationships, to meet SLAs and commercial goals.
- Conduct Business Review Meetings and ensure follow-up actions are implemented effectively.
- Maintain brand standards, compliance, and responsible gaming procedures.
- Plan and optimise promotional campaigns, ensuring venue participation and continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about the slots industry across all sectors and recommend revenue-enhancing strategies.
- Support clubs with slot counts, collections, and discrepancy investigations.
- Suggest venue layout changes to improve revenue from slots.
- Develop supplier relationships and collaborate with the E-Gaming Team on product development.
Product and Supplier Management
- Maintain and develop supplier SLAs as needs evolve.
- Work with the E-Gaming Team to build supplier relationships and explore product opportunities.
- Optimize machine placement to maximize revenue, regularly reviewing strategies.
- Support Grosvenor’s commitments to responsible gaming procedures.
