Are you a natural leader with a passion for poker?
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment to take charge of our poker operations.
We’re looking for a confident and experienced Poker Supervisor to bring energy, leadership, and precision to our card room. In this role, you’ll oversee poker operations, support and guide dealers, and ensure every game runs smoothly, fairly, and in line with regulations.
You’ll be the central figure of poker operations – resolving disputes, maintaining compliance, and delivering an exceptional guest experience every time.
Qualifications
To be successful, you’ll need a solid background in poker or table games supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and a cool head under pressure.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for customer service are essential.
Ideally, you’ll hold a valid Personal Functional Licence (PFL) and have a strong understanding of gaming compliance and procedures.
Additional Information
Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
