We are looking for a Reward Business Partner to play a key role in shaping and delivering Rank’s reward strategy across the UK and international markets. Partnering closely with the Reward Director and wider People team, you will provide expert guidance across compensation, benefits and recognition, ensuring our reward frameworks are competitive, compliant and aligned to our People Strategy. Acting as a trusted subject matter expert, you’ll work across the business to deliver data-driven insights, drive continuous improvement and help position Rank as an employer of choice.
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Lead key reward activities, including annual salary and bonus reviews, ensuring a smooth and well-communicated process.
- Use market data and insights to shape pay decisions, benchmarking and reward strategy.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide expert, commercially focused reward advice.
- Oversee benefits and pension offerings, ensuring they are competitive, well-managed and clearly communicated.
- Champion fair and consistent reward practices, including pay equity and governance.
- Improve and streamline reward processes, systems and ways of working to enhance efficiency and impact.
What’s needed for success:
We’re looking for a commercially minded reward professional who combines technical expertise with strong stakeholder influence. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a reward or compensation role, covering salary reviews, benchmarking and benefits.
- Strong analytical capability, with confidence working with data and turning insights into action.
- Experience with HR systems and advanced Excel skills.
- A solid understanding of UK reward legislation, including pay and compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Experience managing external benefit providers and building strong supplier relationships, with confidence owning ongoing.
