Qualifications Strong Business Partnering skills and experience The ability to travel internationally on occasion will be required Proven experience in learning and development, or related roles Strong understanding and experience of design principles and learning theories. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage and deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously. Data-driven mindset, comfortable with data analysis and utilising metrics to drive insight and evaluate effectiveness. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to understand and address complex organisational challenges.
