Lead the digital voice of a brand with millions of players, and the ambition to become the UK’s most loved casino experience. This is more than a social media role. As our Head of Social across social, web, app, content, influencers, partners and digital journeys to drive business in our Casinos. You’ll define the strategy, set the tone, elevate the execution, and lead the evolution of a brand that’s ready to break through culturally.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Setting the digital and social media strategy across all channels.
- Creating channel first content that earns attention and drives engagement.
- Rebuilding and evolving our digital ecosystem for acquisition, trial and loyalty.
- Driving cultural storytelling, reactive content and brand led narrative moments.
- Partnering with the Gaming, Product, Brand and Venue Teams to connect digital with the real customer experience.
- Leading and developing two Mauritius based Content Executives.
- Analysing funnel performance and turning insight into commercial action.
- Managing agencies, influencers and partnerships to maximise reach and creativity.
What You Bring
- Strong digital or social leadership experience in fast moving B2C brands (hospitality, retail, entertainment, leisure ideal).
- A natural creative eye, you know what works and why.
- Confidence to drive strategy and roll up your sleeves when needed.
- Deep understanding of online behaviour, digital journeys and customer insight.
- Ability to influence people at all levels, especially venue teams.
- Energy, resilience, curiosity and a modern marketer’s instinct for what’s next.
