As a Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll bring a fresh perspective and a whole lot of personality to your team. You’ll need to be confident in your abilities, have a passion for delivering great food and drink experiences, and be able to strike the perfect balance between professionalism and personability. This multifaceted role demands a unique blend of leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Tasked with overseeing the entirety of the food and beverage department, your duties extend beyond managing a team. You’ll oversee every culinary creation and beverage dispensed to ensure they uphold the highest standards. In addition, you’ll manage health and safety compliance to maintain a safe and organised workplace.

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • Experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, or F&B manager in a reputable branded or independent food and beverage organisation.
  • Working knowledge of stocks, ordering and stocktaking result analysis.
  • Minimum level 3 food safety. (Either current or expired)
  • A real passion for delivering the highest standards and experience to customers.
