As an Electronic Gaming Host, your role is pivotal in creating an unforgettable experience for our customers, you’ll be the welcoming face of our electronic gaming floor. Responsibilities
- Engage with guests on the electronic gaming floor to create a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere.
- Provide thoughtful service to ensure guests have a memorable gaming experience.
- Set the tone for guest interactions and contribute to a vibrant and engaging environment.
- Attend to guests’ needs and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- An understanding of the overall standard of the electronic gaming offer within the unit & those factors which impact its contribution to the business, together with a willingness to learn more about this product area
- Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role
- A positive attitude, great customer service and social skills
- A willingness to be a team player, ensuring high customer service standards are delivered
