This is a fantastic opportunity to take on meaningful, varied legal work in a vibrant and collaborative in-house environment - with scope to expand as capacity allows. What you’ll do: Partner with the People from senior terminations to TUPE, industrial action, and employee relations. Update and advise leadership on legal developments, supporting training, policies, and compliance initiatives. Liaise with and manage external counsel where appropriate. Support on adjacent legal matters including pensions, immigration, and other disputes and litigation across the Group. If time allows, contribute to commercial legal work with appropriate training and support. Engage broadly with the business, offering practical, solution-focused advice.
