The Rank Group is growing rapidly within both our Venues and Digital businesses. We employ circa 8,000 people globally, with our UK office functions being located in Maidenhead (Head Office), Sheffield (Customer Solutions Hub), London (Digital) and a further office in Gibraltar, which is home to our existing Rank Digital function.

An exciting opportunity for a Reward Business Partner who will support the Reward team and wider People team through knowledge and understanding of Reward policies and procedures. Key aspects of the role are data analytics and supporting with compensation management in Dayforce (Rank’s HR system).

Responsibilities include:

  • Data maintenance, researching, analysing and reporting/presenting findings and information on reward topics and activities.
  • Collaborating on implementing, and maintaining reward practices, processes, and procedures to drive organisational success.
  • Providing support for the annual salary and bonus review cycle, leveraging our internal HRIS tools to ensure seamless execution.
  • Developing and analysing pay data models for annual pay review budgets, serving as the go-to expert for pay review technology.
  • Managing salary survey submissions and benchmarking processes, ensuring robust analysis of survey and market data.
  • Championing pay equity, internal alignment, and compliance by performing thorough job evaluations and benchmarking activities.
  • First level contact for reward team on all systems related issues, maintenance, development and application.
  • Partnering with the People Experience team to ensure smooth invoice approvals and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and present data with actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel expertise, including building formula-driven models and handling complex tasks.
  • Proven experience in job evaluation, salary benchmarking across multiple countries, and rewards/financial analytics.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a practical approach to identifying and discussing solutions.
  • Highly organised, with strong data management habits and attention to detail.
