You will:
- Greet, welcome, and assist customers across all areas
- Embody our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions
- Collaborate effectively with the hosting and wider casino teams
- Prepare, cook, season, and present casino menus according to recipe standards
- Follow all HACCP and safety guidelines to ensure food safety throughout the venue
- Report any defective equipment or systems to the head chef or duty manager
- Maintain stock rotation (FIFO), manage ordering, and control usage to minimize losses
- Seek feedback from customers and front-of-house teams to continuously improve food quality
- Practice a "clean as you go" policy in all food preparation and service areas
