Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional, professional service
- Support customers with electronic gaming machines and resolve basic issues
- Maintain machine performance, cleanliness, and presentation
- Promote offers and create an engaging, welcoming atmosphere
- Prepare food and drink in line with hygiene standards
- Work with internal teams and external providers to minimise downtime
- Support cash handling, reporting, and compliance
