Your impact will help influence the perception of what it’s like to work for our brands, aligning our corporate strategies with local needs, and enhancing the effectiveness of internal communications across our customer-facing teams.

In this role, you will lead internal communications for Grosvenor and Mecca, bringing together brand-specific content, company updates, leadership messages and crisis management. Your strategic mindset will shine as you collaborate with key stakeholders, offering guidance on communication formats that resonate with our diverse audiences. Embracing cultural nuances, inclusion will be at the heart of everything you do, helping to build a connected, engaged and informed colleague experience. This role is required in the office 2 days a week, with occasional travel for monthly People Meetings.

Qualifications

You will be adept in digital communications and social media platforms, having proficiency in using software to enhance internal comms. You will have previously held an internal communications role. Previous experience delivering internal communications across a multi-site business. Demonstrated keen eye for detail, excellent writing and proofreading skills, and the ability to manage confidential information. Ideally you have a background in comms and strong project management abilities. Experience in creating and managing comms plans, engaging others during the delivery of significant change projects, and being future-focused, positive about new approaches and actively challenging the status-quo.
