As the Card Room Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall management of the Poker Room including managing the poker supervisors & poker dealers and the attainment of business targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in operating Poker in a casino environment. You will be commercially focused with a track record of great team engagement and have the ability to manage and deliver exceptional customer service.
As our Card Room Manager you will have autonomy with a supported structure to deliver the best poker games. You will be able to empower the team to deliver exceptional service levels to a seasoned customer base.
Skills & Experience Needed:- Lead daily poker operations and deliver standout customer service.
- Empower and coach your team to deliver the Grosvenor experience.
- Drive business performance and support new initiatives.
- Build a fun, inclusive poker community through promotions and social media.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and safer gambling regulations.
- Protect game integrity, cash, and assets.
Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
