The ideal candidate will lead and motivate a team of execs responsible for creating the most compelling marketing activity to responsibly drive significant increases in player numbers and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Directs, administers, and controls the day-to-day operations and activities of the Bingo and Casino Proposition and Planning Team.
  • Responsible for setting strategy, managing performance and monitoring progress towards goals.
  • Administrating recognition and rewards programs to motivate and build team morale.
  • Devise and deliver headline proposition strategies to increase customer engagement and re-engagement.
  • Continuously analyse campaign performance and look for optimisation opportunities; driving all decisions from a commercial POV on an ongoing basis and focus on enhancing player Conversion, Retention and Reactivation.
  • Promoting continuous process improvements to increase operational efficiencies.
  • Work with CRM, HVC, Ops teams etc. to ensure the effective sign off, implementation and delivery of creative briefs to produce solid campaigns that can be released to customers.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with Retail teams to align promotional and commercial activity and devise joint activities with a view to maximise impact and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Acquisition and Brand teams on ATL strategies to increase customer brand awareness and grow player Acquisition and Conversions through best in class offers and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to deliver market leading UX/UJ providing our players with an engaging and exciting experience on every visit.
  • Work closely with Ops and CRM teams to deliver best-in-class player journeys that support all propositions as part of our multi-channel offering.
  • Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape as well as opportunities for brand expansion and new product potential or propositional ideas.
  • Ensure that all activity delivered is consistent and follows the Brand and Best Practice guidelines to ensure that all materials are fully compliant with all relevant legislation.

  • Lead from the front and be bold when making decisions.
  • Able to work on own initiative, stays motivated and learns from setbacks.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing & the channels/strategies used.
  • Previous Gaming history with Casino essential.
  • Proven success at managing a team with demonstrated leadership and coaching skills.
  • Organisation, planning and attention to detail is key.
  • Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
