Responsibilities:

  • As a Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face on the floor - making customers feel welcome, serving great food and resetting quickly between sessions.
  • Game support: help customers understand how our games work and keep energy high around the venue.
  • Safety: challenge age-restricted behaviours confidently; report incidents promptly.
  • One team mindset: communicate clearly with colleagues and jump in where needed—Front of house, floor, Food friendly, upbeat, and helpful.
  • Pace: organised with good attention to detail.
  • Team player energy - clear communication and willingness to learn on shift.

Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience in hospitality/retail/leisure is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
