Grosvenor Casinos is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in London to lead the casino floor, driving performance and elevating the guest experience.

You will own end-to-end operations from tables to slots, ensuring seamless, safe and profitable outcomes in a high-energy 24/7 venue.

You’ll work closely with the General Manager to bring Grosvenor’s business plan to life, shaping standards and delivering exceptional service for locals, international guests and VIPs.
