Job Description
As a Sous Chef, you’ll play an integral role in the Kitchen, balancing team dynamics, culinary excellence, financial responsibilities, and leading in the head chef's absence. This position demands a culinary expert with exceptional leadership abilities and unwavering composure. So, if you’re enthusiastic about self-development as well as team development, whilst embracing opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge along with the teams wherever possible, you could build a long and rewarding career as a Sous Chef with us. Even better, we’ll help you gain the experience you need to progress to Head Chef along the way with our apprenticeship program or other opportunity.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality is preferred but not essential
- Experience of leading a team
- Experience of financial budgeting within a Food & Beverage business

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends - the shift pattern will be 5pm - 1am.
