Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Oxford. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service, managing team performance, and maintaining store standards. Tasks include managing inventory, sales, and promotions, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and implementing policies for retail loss prevention.
