As a result of our expansion plans and our continued ongoing success we are looking for a highly selfâmotivated Store Manager.
Responsibilities
In this role you will lead by example and inspire our retail colleagues to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service.
What are we looking for?
Drive sales and improve the storeâs performance, consistently meeting key performance indicators.
Excellent communication skills and a coaching management style, clear, open and honest.
Train retail colleagues to the highest of standards and take corrective action when necessary.
Passion for sales and a positive, canâdo attitude.
Experience in change management with a record of meeting targets.
Career focused, selfâmotivated to get the best from your team, good track record of running a significant retail operation and strong profit motive.
