As a result of our expansion plans, and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic Product Specialist to be based at our Head Office in Plymouth.

About The Role

This position brings daily challenges and responsibilities aimed at troubleshooting problems and providing solutions. It is a great fit for avid problem solvers and incorporates a balance of technical skills and business knowledge. Work environments can range from front office first line roles to technical third line areas.

Responsibilities

  • Key personal characteristics include reliability, flexibility, and willingness to contribute to a team working environment.
  • Building POS systems for New Store Rollouts, Store Refits and Store Projects.
  • Supporting store rollouts and refits.
  • Liaising with Senior Product Specialist to ensure POS Hardware is delivered on time.
  • The successful candidate will work alongside the Senior Product Specialist / Product Support Manager.
  • The successful candidate will work alongside the EPOS Administrator to provide Holiday Cover and provide additional resource at peak times.
  • PS Support Daily, Weekly and Monthly Admin Tasks.
  • Working closely with colleagues, developers, testers, and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
  • Provide 3rd line support.
  • Validating reported issues and managing until resolved.

Position

  • Permanent, Full-time
  • Hours Monday Friday, 08:45am 17:30pm (from time to time, as per business requirements, some work may occasionally be required outside of these times.)
  • Location Plymouth, Devon (you must be able to travel on occasion to external sites when required, also overnight stays may be required on occasion.)
