We are currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our agency team, providing essential support to care homes across the Nantwich, Cheshire area.
Shifts and pattern
- Shifts available: Day shifts 08:00 – 20:00 / 08:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 20:00
- Flexibility to work the listed shift patterns is preferred to meet the varying needs of our care home clients.
- Availability for last-minute shifts is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and encourage residents' independence
- Carry out regular safety checks to ensure residents' wellbeing
- Provide personal care tailored to individual needs
- Support residents during mealtimes, including feeding and preparing light snacks
- Safely use manual handling equipment when required
- Complete daily documentation, including care plans, meal records, and personal care logs
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months' UK care experience (essential)
- Competent in the use of manual handling equipment (essential)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (essential)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Positive, professional, and reliable attitude
- Proof of right to work in the UK (essential)
