As a result of our expansion plans and our continued ongoing success, we are looking for a highly self‑motivated Deputy Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and inspire retail colleagues to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Act as a key member of the senior management team within the store, reporting directly to the Store Manager.
• Train retail colleagues to the highest of standards and take corrective action when necessary.
• Drive sales and improve store performance while consistently meeting key performance indicators.
• Demonstrate a coaching management style, being clear, open, and honest.
• Lead change management initiatives and support the team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months experience in a similar high‑pressure, customer‑focused role.
• Strong retail management experience with a proven record of achieving results.
• Excellent communication skills and a coaching management style.
• Passion for sales and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Experience in change management and a track record of meeting targets.
• Track record of running a significant retail operation and a strong profit motive.
